Hope Education Consulting’s Zero Tolerance Policy for Inappropriate Language and Behavior Introduction: Hope Education Consulting is dedicated to maintaining a professional and respectful environment for all students, staff, parents, and visitors. Our Zero Tolerance Policy aims to create a safe and inclusive atmosphere by prohibiting swearing or inappropriate language related to sexual content, drug/alcohol use, aggressive actions, words, or phrases. This policy applies to all individuals within our educational institution.
Â
I. Inappropriate Language & Behavior:
- Prohibited Language:
- The use of profanity, vulgar language, or offensive remarks related to sexual content, drug/alcohol use, aggressive actions, or any other inappropriate subject-matter is strictly prohibited.
- Respectful Communication:
- All students, staff, parents, and visitors of the Hope Education Consulting community are expected to communicate respectfully and maintain a professional tone at all times.
- Safe Behavior:
- Hope Education Consulting (HEC) is an academic and social-emotional learning center, not a behavior support agency. HEC students must be able to follow safety directions given by staff including, but not limited to: using a safe body in the building and not running throughout HEC, staying in the assigned work area, not attempting to elope (run) from the premise, using a voice volume that doesn’t interfere with other student learning (yelling or loud work refusals), and not display any violent or physical actions towards staff and students (throwing items, hitting staff, kicking staff, or other physical acts of aggression towards other children or staff present). The safety of all students at HEC is our priority and primary concern. If your child demonstrates the above behaviors, or related behaviors that impede the learning of others, your child will not be eligible to attend HEC.
Â
II. Reporting Incidents:
- Reporting Violations:
- Anyone who witnesses or experiences a violation of this policy is encouraged to report it promptly to Honey Sayler, Hope Education Consulting Director.

This policy will be enforced to all students attending Hope Education Consulting. Behavior deemed inappropriate to the health, safety, and overall social and emotional well-being of Hope Education Consulting staff or students is at the complete discretion of Hope Education Consulting Director/Owner Honey Sayler. Any child exhibiting any related behaviors that negatively impact another child will not be eligible to continue receiving services from Hope Education Consulting. No refunds will be made. Future billing invoices will be canceled, and future participation will be prohibited.
Â
IV. Review and Revision:
- This Zero Tolerance Policy will be regularly reviewed and updated to ensure its continued effectiveness in creating a safe and inclusive educational environment. At Hope Education Consulting, we are committed to fostering an environment where everyone can thrive and learn in a respectful and safe atmosphere.
