Hope Education Consulting’s Summer 2025 program will run for 9 weeks, from 6/16/25-8/14/25
Registration Schedule at Hope Education (9407 N. Government Way, Suite #1)
- Monday, March 3rd (8:00AM-2:00PM and 5:30PM-6:30PM) – VIP Priority Scheduling: Families scheduling multiple sessions per week, siblings needing simultaneous sessions, and/or families interested in small group sessions.
- Tuesday, March 4th (11:00AM-6:30PM) –Â VIP Priority Scheduling:Â Families scheduling multiple sessions per week, siblings needing simultaneous sessions, and/or families interested in small group sessions.
- Wednesday, March 5th (5:30PM-6:30PM) – All current Hope families and waitlist families may schedule.
- Friday, March 7th (8:00AM-12:00PM) – All current Hope families and waitlist families may schedule.
- Monday, March 10th (8:00AM-12:00PM) – Registration opens to the community while availability remains.
Summer 2025 Program Options and Pricing (Full Summer Payment due at the time of registration)
A) 1:1 Private Sessions: Ideal for students needing intensive intervention, a slower pace, SEL/self-regulation strategies, or those 1+ years behind grade level expectations
- Duration: 60 minutes, once per week (9 total hours)

B) Partner Sessions: Ideal for students benefiting from peer learning while receiving targeted instruction.
- Duration: 60 minutes, once per week (9 total hours)
- Total Cost (Credit/Debit): $450
- Total Cost (Cash/Check Discount): $425
*Note: A partner must be scheduled at the same time to receive the partner rate. If no partner is available at scheduling, you may opt for the 1:1 rate and receive a $130 refund if a partner is secured that matches your child’s learning rate and skillset.
C) Best Value – Small Group Sessions: Our small group sessions provide structured, engaging instruction designed to reinforce key academic skills and prevent summer learning loss. Each session is led by experienced educators who provide targeted instruction in both math and English Language Arts in a collaborative, supportive setting. Students will develop foundational skills, build confidence, and be better prepared for the upcoming school year.
- Duration: 90 minutes, twice per week OR 3 hours, once per week (27 total hours)
- Group Size: 5-6 learners per group

1st & 2nd Grade Small Group
- Schedule: Tuesdays & Wednesdays, 9:00–10:30 AM

- Focus Areas: Foundational Math & Early Literacy
- 45 minutes of math instruction
- 45 minutes of ELA instruction
3rd & 4th Grade Small Group
- Schedule: Tuesdays & Wednesdays, 11:00 AM–12:30 PM

- Focus Areas: Strengthening Math & Literacy Skills
- 45-minute rotations between math and ELA instruction
5th & 6th Grade Small Group
- Schedule: Tuesdays, 1:30–4:30 PM
- Teachers: Kassie Patterson & Lil Sayler
- Focus Areas: Upper Elementary to Middle School Transition
- Writing, spelling, and math skills essential for middle school success
Middle School Bootcamp
- Schedule: Thursdays, 8:00–11:00 AM
- Teachers: Kate Pratt & Courtney Piette
- Focus Areas: Advanced Math & ELA for Middle School Success
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and structured writing
D) Budget Option – Online Small Group Math Sessions: Our Budget Class Options provide targeted instruction at an affordable rate, focusing on key math skills to reinforce understanding and build confidence. These one-hour classes meet once per week on Google Meet and are designed for students needing review, extra support, or enrichment in specific math areas. These budget-friendly classes offer structured, skill-focused instruction to help students gain confidence and stay on track in math.
- Duration: 60 minutes, once per week (9 total hours)
- Group Size: 4-6 learners per group (minimum of 3 students required. If the minimum is not met, the course will be canceled and tuition will be refunded)
- Schedule: Wednesdays – 6/18, 6/25, 7/2, 7/9, 7/16, 7/23, 7/30, 8/6, 8/13

- Schedule: Wednesdays, 9:40–10:40 AM
- Focus Areas: Algebra Readiness for High School Success
- Functions and equations
- Pythagorean Theorem
- Solving for missing measures in geometric shapes
Word Problem Strategies
- Schedule: Wednesdays, 11:00 AM–12:00 PM
- Focus Areas: Strengthening Problem-Solving Skills
- Identifying key information in word problems
- Step-by-step problem-solving strategies
Fractions, Decimals, and Percentages
- Schedule: Wednesdays, 1:00–2:00 PM
- Focus Areas: Building Strong Numeracy and Real-World Application Skills
- Converting between fractions, decimals, and percentages
- Real-world applications like discounts and taxes
Math Tasks & Problem Solving
- Schedule: Wednesdays, 2:10–3:10 PM
- Focus Areas: Challenging Multi-Step Mathematical Thinking
- Tackling complex, real-world math challenges
- Strengthening critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Registration Fees
- Current Hope Education students: No registration fee for students continuing to receive interventionin the same content area as Spring 2025.
- New or returning students (not enrolled in Spring 2025): $25 registration fee. This covers intervention planning, assessments, and materials for the 9-week program.

- Full payment is required at the time of scheduling.
- All sales are final. No refunds, transfers, or exchanges.
- These policies ensure consistency and fairness in scheduling as changes impact the flow of the entire master schedule. Plan your summer session schedule carefully, as no changes to the scheduled time or date will be made after payment is received.Â

Program Overview
The Summer Learning Program at Hope Education Consulting is a 9-week program designed to:
- prevent summer learning loss and help students retain skills and knowledge through the summer break.
- boost confidence for a strong start in the fall.
- make learning engaging and impactful, fostering both academic growth and student confidence while keeping skills fresh.
The Summer Learning Program includes:
- access to our library/supplies:Â Participants will have access to a variety of resources in our library to enhance their learning experience.
teacher prep time outside of direct instruction: Our teachers invest additional time outside of direct instruction to prepare personalized materials and ensure effective teaching.
reinforcers and rewards:Â Our program incorporates positive reinforcement and rewards to motivate and recognize at-home participation. Our team works to support parents in setting up successful home routines.
snacks: Participants will be provided with a basic snack option.
