*Hope services provide 31 weeks of instruction for private, partner, homework club, and small group classes, 29 weeks of instruction for Connections Homeschool Learning Days, OR 9 weeks of instruction for 90 minute mini courses*

Tuition Breakdown and Payment Options

Early Bird pricing through June 30th!

Prices increase starting July 1st – register early and save!

*A daytime discount of $25 off per month (or per course) will be offered for any 1:1 intervention or 6-week mini courses scheduled on Mondays through Thursdays between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM (Connections program excluded)*

Choose your payment type:

A) Debit/Credit/Class Wallet funds – Lock into lower rates when signing up prior to June 30th, 2025 – Fees increase July 1st!

    • Debit/Credit payments run automatically on the 1st of each month from August 1st through April 1st, for a total of 9 payments
    • A processing fee is included in each card payment listed below – to save money and avoid these fees, take advantage of our cash/check discount

B) Cash/Check Pay in Full Discount

    • 1st payment is due at sign up to cover Fall Semester
    • 2nd payment is due by 11/1/2025 to cover Spring Semester (2nd payments received after 11/1/2025 will include a $50 late fee)

NOTE: To opt out of the Spring Semester, complete the Google OPT-OUT form by November 1, 2025. Submitting this form by the deadline will cancel your payment commitments for Spring 2026 services for payment dates: December 1st, January 1, February 1, March 1, and April 1.

Additional Support Services

Tuition covers weekly instruction and teacher lesson prep time. Any extra services (IEP/504 meeting preparation, attendance, advocacy, academic letters, insurance requests, curriculum training, additional materials request, and other* are billed at $35 per 30 minutes. *Contact Honey Sayler if you have a specific need or request to receive a quote.

Financial Support

Private Pay

Summer services are paid in full to access our Summer Camp Schedule.

School year services can be paid in full for the semester or paid monthly on the 1st of the month through automatic online electronic billing.

Harmony Educational Services

Harmony provides support to homeschool families with access to individualized and flexible home-based educational programs. The funds provided to program participants can be used towards our Connections PBL tuition as well as private, semi-private, and small group options.

Tech Trep Academy

Tech Trep is a full-time, K-12 tuition-free Idaho education program focused on providing parents the resources needed to create a personalized home-based education plan tailored to the unique needs of each child. The funds provided to program participants can be used towards our Homeschool Connections tuition as well as private, semi-private, and small group options.

Scholarship Donations

Our goal at Hope Education Consulting is to provide scholarships for one local student to participate in one of our classes or programs each semester. Click below to donate to one of these scholarships.

Reminder: Hope Education Consulting services are semester commitments. If there is a concern, a 30 day notice to cancel services is required. Notification must be received digitally and can be emailed to honey@cdahope.com with a request to be released from your semester commitment. Payment is required until the 30 days are up.

Hope Education Consulting appreciates your courtesy in allowing time to schedule a replacement student so our teachers do not experience a reduction of hours.
